RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date you receive the product.

If your product is defective and unworn we will issue a refund once the order has been returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery once item is returned.

If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Once your return is received and inspected we will issue the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account if paid via PayPal.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on whether we have sent out your order already, we are able to process your order cancellation and refund back your money.

If you order has already been despatched then you will need to wait to receive the item and return it to us in order for us to process a refund.
